3-6. SYMPTOM INDEX - Table 3-1 is a symptom index for common malfunctions of
the DAC. Each symptom references an applicable troubleshooting procedure for
further fault isolation.
3-7. TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES - Troubleshooting the DAC consists of isolat-
ing the malfunction and replacing the faulty part. Figure 3-1 illustrates
pin locations on the DAC backplane. Table 3-2 lists troubleshooting pro-
cedures for the DAC. If a malfunction is not listed or is not corrected by
the procedures given in this table, refer to the DAC functional block diagrams
