Column (3) - Description. Indicates the Federal item name and, if required, a minimum description

to identify and locate the item. The last line for each item indicates the FSCM (in parenthesis) fol-

lowed by the part number.

Column (4) - Unit of Measure (U/M). Indicates the measure used in performing the actual opera-

tional/maintenance function. This measure is expressed by a two-character alphabetical abbrevia-

tion (e.g., ea, in, pr).

Column (5) - Quantity Required (Qty Rqr). Indicates the quantity of the item authorized to be used

with/on the equipment.
